Who is responsible

The operator of this site is the data controller. Contact: contact@retaradar.co.uk.

What we collect

• No cookies and no tracking. The site does not set cookies, does not use advertising or social-media trackers, and serves its fonts from our own host rather than a third party. It does not use Google Analytics.
• Technical logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We may use Cloudflare's cookie-free web analytics, which counts visits without identifying you.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your address and message to reply and to keep a record of corrections.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR

• Legitimate interests: running and securing the site, answering your messages and keeping records of corrections.
• Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information by law.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence: up to two years after our last exchange. Cloudflare logs are kept according to Cloudflare's own retention periods.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and email routing), which may process data outside the UK under safeguards approved for UK transfers. We do not sell personal data or share it with vendors. When you follow a link to a vendor, that vendor's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. Email us to use these rights. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will ask first.
